The first award was in 2006, when the unedited and unrevised manuscript won a shortlisting award in the Ashton Wylie Charitable Trust and New Zealand Author’s Society book awards
The latest award is a finalist award in the Best Book Awards 2008 overseen by Book News USA. Peace, Power, and Presence was awarded finalist in the Spirituality category.
