Our printing service provider certifies the following:
- All wood product components used in black & white or standard color paperback books, utilizing either cream or white bookblock paper, that are manufactured in the LaVergne, Tennessee Production Center are Sustainable Forestry Initiative® (SFI®) Certified Sourcing.
- All wood product components used in black & white paperback books, utilizing either cream or white bookblock paper that are manufactured the Allentown, Pennsylvania Production center are Sustainable Forestry Initiative® (SFI®) Certified Sourcing.
- The cream or white bookblock paper in black & white hardcover books manufactured in the LaVergne, Tennessee Production Center or the Allentown, Pennsylvania Production Center is Sustainable Forestry Initiative® (SFI®) Certified Sourcing. No other wood product components used in hardcover bookproduction (examples: cover boards, spine board, end sheets) are certified at this time.
- All wood product components used in black & white paperback books, utilizing either cream or white bookblock paper, that are manufactured in the MiltonKeynes UK Production Center are Forest Stewardship Council™ (FSC®) Mix Credit.
FSC® C084699 - The wood product components in our books printed in Australia are not certifed at this time (as of Oct 2012).
